Workflows that run without anyone pressing a button: lead routing, invoices, reporting, onboarding, support triage, and data sync between the tools you already pay for.
For example, an enquiry lands in the CRM with a quote and follow-up already sent.
AI where it earns its place
Document extraction, classification, drafting with a human check, and assistants that answer from your own files. Each has guardrails and a plain account of what it can't do.

Custom software
Internal tools, dashboards, portals, APIs and data pipelines, built so that someone other than me can maintain them.

I spent years in rings and on stages, so I know a performance when I see one. A business shouldn't run on one. I build the version that still works when nobody is clapping.

Yes. Ten years on the British circuit as "Pop Sensation" Jayson Mayson, in working men's clubs and community centres, sharing rings with names who later turned up in the WWE. I also did stand-up around Teesside, wrote the Weekend Warm Up column for the Gazette and ran comedy clubs.
